Unironically if we end up in Network-state hell, being a Member-citizen of the Costco-Khanate would be leaps and bounds better than any other option i can think of If you owe your soul to the company store but the company store is Costco, at least you can still get a whole lot of those hotdogs

Just got mine at a Walgreens in Richmond, TX near Houston. The pharmacist asked what my underlying condition is, I said I was overweight. She seemed surprised, consulted the list from the CDC, saw that was one of them, said okay. No issues, and she seemed apologetic that she had to ask at all.

De toute façon il faut pouvoir se vacciner contre le Covid toute l'année : car pour les personnes les plus à risque, c'est tous les trois mois. Et même pour les "risques modérés", tous les 6 mois ça ne porte pas l'échéance "tous au même moment" car on n'a pas tous eu les mêmes dates initiales.
Actually, we do give prescriptions for some vaccines . BUT NOT over concern about the vaccine. e.g if u need a 2part vaccine or more than 1 that need spacing out. The other is in prescription form 4 availability without another doctor’s visit. COVID vaccine shld be treated like a flu vaccine thou.

In Canada it is not a problem. We still get our Covid shots covered by the gov. It's been less than 3 months since I had my last one but once 6 months are up I will be getting one in Dec. I will get my flu shot soon. Vaxes have never caused me side-effects. They keep me alive at 70.

Right, the problem here was very much so that they weren't even aware there was an issue. And then they signed a "I think it would be a good idea to get the vaccine" form. But it ended up I was able to click a box on CVS and there weren't even any questions after that. But again, NY.
Might be worth checking to see if some local urgent cares are giving COVID shots? They have providers who can just write the script and then get a nurse to give it while you’re there (if they have them in stock) Or if you’re closer to California than Washington, they’re not requiring scripts either

got my covid and flu shot today. they said bc i am not 65+ they have to ask if i have any condition that would require it. i said i have an autoimmune disease (which is true) and they said ok, and it was efficient from there. they just took my word for it idk if that is helpful info for anyone
From a conversation overheard between pharmacists at Walgreens, the chain is only stocking all the stores in the western half of the city with the covid vax from Moderna, which can't be given to children under 12. (The western half of Louisville is where most of black and immigrant communities are)
