Posts compare Nashville to other cities (Seattle), with mixed statements: “Nashville is a good town” and “Nashville has nothing to offer.” Recurring keywords/phrases: Tennessee, environmentalists unable to work, “breathing brown air,” tourist traps, christo fascist/right wing podcaster, shop owner on 2nd Ave, visit/cities.

Once crossing the TN River from Memphis it has breathtaking views and natural beauty. I’d like to see it remain. But TP has plans to clear-cut national forests, and The Smokies is on the list. I hope it’s not true.
"Nashville also has a lot to offer. And Seattle also has its tourist traps. But the big difference is that environmentalists are unable to work as freely there as in Seattle. With the current regime in charge, all large cities will be breathing brown air and choking while fat CEOs retreat to country."
Honey where are you from? Nashville has nothing to offer any normal person. Unless you're a christo fascist right wing podcaster, influencer or a talentless wannabe willing to sell your soul/body, a 3 day visit is too long. Spent almost 20 years as a shop owner on 2nd Ave watching the demise.

Tennessee, like Texas, has been stealing companies through lucrative deals to relocate to their states. The results for those companies have not been good, with ‘brain drain’ being a major factor. Intelligent people can elect not to transfer, and the replacements are not up to par. Shame, starbucks
Oh yeah theres a lot of ethnic & cultural institutions in Chicago! Many of them downtown! Theres the Polish Museum of America, but theres also an Assyrian-American Association, the Swedish American Museum, the First Bulgarian Center of Chicago, the National Bohemian Cemetary & Cultural Center...
I can't vote in all states. Nobody can. I live in the PNW 60 miles inland from the Pacific. We have some of the greatest weather here. I wouldn't move for anything. (But we are sitting on a ticking time bomb with the Cascadia Subduction Zone. Nobody lives forever. Whoopie, we're all gonna die.)
Yeah, that would be a big “NO”. First time we drove through Tennessee was back in the 70s. New Hampshire mini-pickup. Longish hair. Hillbillies tried to run us off the interstate. I have seen nothing since to change the opinion we formed. Leave the Pacific NW for that bastion of red? No damn way!
Nashvilleian here its a shit move those employees are going to be miserable. Nash is not for normal people. Aesthetically it looks like every other city but with more tourist traps & bedazzled bs, filled with drunken tourist magats soul sucking corporate scum & environmental polluters STAY AWAY
