I mean this just makes my blood boil But this is also why you don't give up your weapons. They would not be half as braisen as they are if they had the fear of mortality in them. Plus you know what they say "When peaceful protest is made impossible, you go right to violence"

So this is true. However following the High Court judgement the police suspended use of these powers. Then recently chose to use them again despite the Supreme Court appeal judgement being only a few weeks away. And there being no credible justification for doing so. Why not wait.
Genuinely baffling that the Met Police feel they have to keep arresting pensioners under a policy provisionally ruled unlawful. Yes, the Gov can appeal, but appeals are lost more often than they are won. Policing also costs a fortune and racks up compensation claims. All they had to do was NOTHING.

I know it's being appealed...
My guess is that she knew what she was letting herself in for. Regardless of the state of play with the appeal by the Home Office , PA is still a banned organisation. When it isn't banned, (which is likely) people won't be arrested. Until then , this is nothing to do with Palestine.

We must always remember that many terrorists (sleeper cells in our nation) will play our legal system to influence our citizens. Without that guilty verdict, don't self-indoctrinate what there is not yet evidence or a court verdict to back up - that often leads to mental health issues.

Trafalgar Square is just around the corner from Charing Cross police station. If you've seen the BBC Panorama documentary on the culture of that station, you'll see that the bar for their professional standards is pretty low already.
