I found this reported piece at the March 9. 1970 Automotive News at p. 2. I am attorney and I don’t get it. I’m thick, however. Graduated in top 95% of my class. Someone explain this? A crime? I am guessing it’s related to government revenue agreements. Like not remitting cigarette taxes.
