Update on that boat raid Ukraine supposedly launched against Kinburn Spit. They turned around without making the actual assualt. Russian claims Ukraine is using "phosphorus Neptune" missiles on occupied gas platforms in the black sea and Ukraine is using Snake Island as a base to strike at Russians.
