It’s not pasteurellosis at all. Everything I have seen described about this outbreak fits symptoms of foot and mouth disease virus spreading like wildfire. The Russian authorities won’t admit to it because, if they did, they would have to stop selling meat, cattle and veterinary vaccines.
A happy surprise when I got a message from my Uber driver that said "где вы?" I really had a Russian driver! It was just so nice to see my studies and real life collide.
