Trump announced that Grenell Matt Floca, vice president of facilities operations at the performing arts venue, is set to take over ahead of a 2-year renovation project.

It is hard to think of anyone who has had a more disastrous tenure at anything than Ric Grenell has had at the Kennedy Center. Musk's time at DOGE was more reckless and destructive, but Grenell was an abject failure by every conceivable measure.

They aren't going to renovate. They're shutting it down or razing it, PERIOD. #Trump has no taste other than in his geriatric mouth. I'm certain that's as disgusting as his other orifice. I doubt he can do anything to make it attractive to art lovers and those who appreciate quality.
