If you're comparing different classes of vehicles then sure, the Prius C is certainly more compact than the Niro. But specifically in the compact SUV class, I personally wasn't able to find anything better. Plus, coming from a 2016 Chevy Cruze sedan, the learning curve for the Niro was non-existent.
They’re square wheel level stupid anyway. By the time a car goes from design to a lot for sale any touchscreen display will already be obsolete. They don’t replace any driving function that isn’t better with controls from 100 years ago, and when you’re not driving you’ll want nicer electronics.

Well that's just on a flat road if you're passing someone and it's pretty hilly around here. On the freeway coming back here where the limit is 70, achieving the speed limit on an incline was almost the absolute max it could manage. It's also just overall sluggish to respond at any speed
