I rly gotta finish the FF canon story of Valastair like... Just thinking about him dying in his arms choking on his own blood but being comforted by his presence as he looks into his eyes and understands finally he could have had everything he longed for if only he had taken the first step
That’s the thing! I oscillate back and forth between: ‘Alastor’s body language is kinda passive and not inviting while Vox is the one leaning in’ But on the other hand… Alastor is relaxed and open to let Vox touch him, and that does come across as inviting *from him* And him giggling -

Welcome to the fandom! Valangel is such a fun ship to explore, but yeah, there are unfortunately a lot of people who don't like it. Some of the worst will even harass those who enjoy it... I've been lucky enough to avoid most hate, but many are less fortunate.

I think Alastor is lying when he tells Vox that there are no such thing as friends in Hell. I think Alastor just doesn’t wanna be Vox’s friend. Alastor is Charlie’s friend and Nifty’s friend. If he didn’t cared about them, he wouldn’t tell Vox to leave them alone. And he kept the 🪳 crown too.
i wouldve loved an alternate route to the alastor “captive” like alastor expecting that vox is going to be the worst but ends up really trying to convince alastor why voxtech is the place for him instead of the shame parade 😅 im delulu i know but i do want them to patch things up if possible
I need my ships to be more toxic, imo. that's why radiostatic has grown on me especially with the last episode, and staticmoth is fine but two villains together isn't as interesting as the valangel dynamic and conflict (i also only like valentino as a permatop/dom)
Yeah, I get it! You want the ship to commit. Vox/Al..well, S2 spoilers, lol, as to why I'm not a fan. Vox/Val..makes me uncomfortable on both Vox and Angel's behalfs. Val is abusive to Angel. So..what's he like with Vox? It's similar to why you hate Husk/Angel - if it's toxic, own it.

Vox kind of forgets Al is there and lets himself cry before he’s snapped back to reality and feels Alastor’s eyes on him He puffs up his chest, regains his composure, and goes to bed For the first time in forget, Al saw his old friend again. Not the power hungry wannabe God he is today.
