Posts question "What's the REAL reason they want to attack Nigeria??" and assert it "has nothing to do with Christians being killed." Threads reference natural resources, Nigeria as major oil/LNG producer, and potential foreign (US) military intervention to secure energy interests.

At least a dozen missiles were launched at civilian infrastructure in Nigeria during the state sponsored terrorist attacks. Donald Trump, the man best known for being a serial pedophile ordered the missile strikes against Christians in Nigeria with the excuse being to protect American military assets.
"fun fact: shell oil spent 40% of their 2012 security budget in nigeria alone because the tribes refuse to give them peace, and despite the lives it costs the tribes, this percentage has reportedly steadily increased"
thats about 400 million of their GLOBAL 1 billion security budget, spent in one localized region remind me again why americans are sitting on their ass doing nothing
Per interview of expert on PBS Newshour Friday, US bombed NW Nigeria. There are no Islamic terrorists in that area. Christians live in the north and Muslims in the south. In central Nigeria, there are farmers and herders, & sometimes conflicts between them. Complex issues in Nigeria.
"The U.S. military has a long relationship with Nigeria and has played a role in airstrikes that have killed civilians. Between 2000 and 2022, the U.S. provided, facilitated, or approved more than $2 billion in security aid — including weapons and equipment sales — to Nigeria:"
It’s all about the oil reserves. Nothing to do with actual national security, which our current regime is in the process of destroying.

Thats business.
"You: We have to bomb Nigeria because ISIS are the worst and most dangerous terrorists! Me: Did the two countries bombing all of the other countries tell you that?"
Then, hours later, the demented yam welcomes the FOUNDER OF ISIS in the White House.

The United States of America is not interested in the lives of Black Christians in Northern Nigeria. If it were, it would have pressured the Nigerian government to identify, arrest, and prosecute the sponsors, enablers, and financiers of terrorism, not merely drop bombs and walk away. The real interest of the U.S. is geostrategic control. Nigeria is being positioned as a military launchpad for Western-backed regime-change operations against Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger, countries rich in gold, uranium, and other strategic minerals now slipping out of Western control. This has nothing to do with Christianity. This has nothing to do with humanitarian concern This has everything to do with resources, power, and influence.
"Was steckt hinter dem weihnächtlichen Militärschlag gegen die Islamisten in Nigeria ...? Es geht der amerikanischen Regierung eher um Rohstoffe als um Religion. Die Behauptung, einem Völkermord an der christlichen Bevölkerung Einhalt zu gebieten, ist wohl Propaganda." www.nzz.ch/internationa...
Yeah, by now one could safely say fuck the regime of the United States of America. Regime is the emphasis. This is all irreversible. Its taken on too long already. Fear and confusion in Nigerian village hit in US strike, as locals say no history of ISIS in area edition.cnn.com/2025/12/26/a...
With intent malice and forethought. Xmas states in to notice by the world. Nigeria a place with a issue Muslims. Why not offer help to Nigeria. Thoughts are to kill eeerrrbbbdddyyy that's not so called Christian. Further showing the world that no-one and no country is safe from the insanity. 💯💯💯
There are Christians being KILLED INSIDE ISRAEL. 1.) That needed a distraction as well, CONSIDERING the BS claims Trump made, of Nigerian Christians. Israel helped cover themselves, and USA, simotanioually. 2.) It ties Iran up with ongoing concerns in the Carribean, where they have warships.

RE: Nigeria - Under better circumstances it's difficult to tell exactly what #Trump wanted to accomplish with this intervention. But right now it really does have the logic of him saying "I want to blow something up" and being given a list of random but not too threatening hotspots to pick from.
Nigerian government and the responsibility to protect all citizens, By Babafemi A Badejo https://www.premiumtimesng.com/opinion/845916-nigerian-government-and-the-responsibility-to-protect-all-citizens-by-babafemi-a-badejo.html?utm_campaign=twitter&utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitter
Can we just for once, cut to the chase and not have to wait for the, fairly obvious, truth to be proven beyond any shadow of a doubt before we start calling this what it was… The Trump administration decided it would be a good idea on Christmas day to drop bombs on people who look different.
Exactly, the Felon and their so called ‘Christian’s’ in his administration, could care less about what’s happening in Nigeria. It’s all about grabbing those precious minerals and oils. Stop this crazy administration from all this illegal killing sprees #RemoveTrump #RemoveJDVance #RemoveHegseth
Do Donald Trump’s strikes in Nigeria serve any purpose? The US president says air strikes are against ISIL, claiming the group targets Christians. https://www.aljazeera.com/video/inside-story/2025/12/27/do-donald-trumps-strikes-in-nigeria-serve-any-purpose?traffic_source=rss
I truly hope they don't suicide him. He looks like an extremely smart and strong leader. He would be a perfect candidate to orange pill. Is anyone in Africa here in nostr? That can maybe get the bitcoin message to him?

Of course whether or not it "worked" to do anything meaningful is beside the point. Incompetence is certainly part of it, but the real purpose of the bombing was to create a false "we're defending against attacks on Christianity on Christmas day" narrative, ironically, by killing people to /1
US resumes intelligence flights over Nigeria after Sokoto ISIS attacks The United States on Saturday resumed intelligence and surveillance operations in Nigeria, days after Thursday night's airstrikes targeting ISIS militants in Sokoto state. Brent Philip, a terrorism tracker focused on the Sahel…
I spent a lot of time there. Learned pidgin. Tribalism is not something the West understands except in a primitive way. "Big-man-ism" is key in Nigeria and each part of the country is very different. They are hitting a place on the border with Niger, one of the poorest places I've ever seen.
You'd be nuts to imagine IS-affiliated groups deserve peace, but they are a Nigerian problem. Our heavy ordnance deployed arbitrarily from afar in their northern forests will kill many innocents. And no, their terrors don't single out Christians, tho that might start now in retaliation.
US air strikes won’t fix Nigeria’s security crisis but could make it worse An attack on local armed groups does not address the root cause of violence; it could, however, drive polarisation. https://www.aljazeera.com/opinions/2025/12/27/us-air-strikes-wont-fix-nigerias-security-crisis-but-could-make-it-worse?traffic_source=rss

First, airstrikes on small boats in the Caribbean and now cruise missiles on shadowy gangs in Nigeria. #Trump has lost his mind. How much more of this? What to know about the Islamic State militants targeted by U.S. airstrikes in northwest Nigeria www.pbs.org/newshour/wor... #gop

"Someone screwed up the target development. Either Trump’s team got played by someone in the Nigerian government to settle a score for them or our own intel folks screwed up the targeing. Unfortunately, Hegseth got rid of the civilian harm mitigation folks that would’ve checked the homework."
The Financial Times is reporting we struck empty fields. Our military is being used to 'throw meat to the base' (who will never check the facts).
Wild story this. So from what im understanding, both trump and the nigerian government are saying different things, and they hit something in a completely different area then expected. The journos got no idea what actually was hit. Theres gonna be more to this story. guardian.ng/news/nigeria...

🧵1/2... Natural Resources: Nigeria is Africa's largest oil producer and a major exporter of liquefied natural gas (LNG), which is critical to global energy markets, particularly Europe and Asia. A foreign power (US) could use military intervention to secure control of these energy interests.
