That makes sense but I’m certainly disappointed for Wiseman. Seems like a good guy with some bad luck and bad timing. Hate to see him go through all the work to recover from his injury and ended up playing in just 2 games over two years with the Pacers.

thing with him is that he didn't get to play in college (some sort of violation) and was in the covid draft, so he was 100% only drafted on his physical tools. increasingly I think the NBA understands you need to get guys who feel the game

for 15 years I did high school football scouting and one thing I looked at was body types. Some players you can see, they are going to fill out and go from 6'5 220 to 280-290 easily. Kevin Alvarez is one of those he will be Yordan size in 4-5 years, he has an amazing frame to work with
